23, 2014, 5:49 p.m.Īhh! thanks, I always wondered what that building was for. The area won't be accessible until you find them all. This is pretty much a sidequest for Enigma's Datapacks collecting. Near the sewers on the west side of Burnley, there are a couple buildings, but the only significant one is Enigma's HQ, which is a little northwest of the sewers. The highway you speak of (with the Blackgate sign) leads to the prison, but Batman automatically travels there towards the end of the game (not on foot). No I was talking about this tall black 4 sided wall, It's in the left side of Burnley, it has spikes on top and there appears to be pipes coming out and a couple of smoke filterr, also A highway goes trough it with the sign board saying 'Blackgate prison'. The Burnley Sewers entrance is just north of the police department, which is accessed later. If you're talking about the wall to the south of GCPD, Blackgate Prison is located far beyond there.
